Admission & Fee Information
A non-refundable application fee of R500 per pupil is payable when submitting an application form.
Admission Interview & Assessment
Before an offer of a place can be made the applicant is required to attend an admission interview with the Lady Principal or the Headmistress of the Junior School. No pupil is admitted to The Wykeham Collegiate without an interview. All girls are also required to be assessed in a manner appropriate to their age (oral/written/both).
When offered a place by the school, a non-refundable admission fee is payable as follows:
- Junior School - Boarder R4500; Day girl R3000
- Senior School - Boarder R8000; Day girl R5000
The proof of deposit must accompany the Parent Contract, which is required to be signed by both parents and/or guardians, or, in the case of one parent/guardian, that parent and an acceptable surety. The signatories are to be witnessed. Once all the above requirements have been met satisfactorily, the school will be able to formally confirm the pupil's place.
With effect from 2017, the Sibling Rebate will be 10% of the tuition fees of the younger sibling/s where two or more pupils from the same family currently attend TWC. However, the rebate will not apply in respect of pupils who are already receiving financial assistance. Please note that the Development Levy will be payable in respect of each pupil attending the school, regardless of whether the pupil has siblings at TWC or not.
Transport & Bus Service
The Wykeham Collegiate runs a bus service from Howick and Hilton through to the school campus on all school day mornings. In addition, there are buses for boarders through to Durban North and Ballito on weekends in term time. Please contact the school for more information regarding cost and availability of space on the bus.

Applications must be submitted by the start of the second term for the following academic year.
A number of scholarships are available for girls entering Grade 8 level. For more detailed information see the Scholarships and Bursaries page.
