Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for Foundation Phase pupils. The role includes planning and delivering high-quality differentiated lessons that meet the needs of diverse pupils. Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, dedicated, and compassionate individual to the role of Senior Boarding Co-ordinator. As the Boarding Co-ordinator, you will have responsibility for maintaining an excellent standard of boarding alongside overseeing a varied, stimulating extracurricular programme for boarders, particularly at weekends.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic vision and leadership for boarding, including leading and managing Housemothers.
  • Monitor, review, and report on boarding standards and practices, taking a lead in inspection readiness and compliance.
